Helping companies to utilize the opportunities the internet and mobile brings them has always been the main storyline in my career. During high school I started my own web agency to help Small and Medium Businesses to become more successful online by optimizing their website and starting the first ecommerce projects. As Product Manager at GET NV I helped the fresh produce industry with new ways to find and match buyers and sellers, by introducing the first global online and mobile trading portal in this vertical. And now, at Backbase, I help financials to keep up in today’s Web 2.0 world.

Three completely different verticals and target audiences, but always centered around the same customer case: ‘how can we use new technology for our benefit?’
